The Law Office of Amy Cohen Heller is a solo Intellectual Property practice founded by Amy Cohen Heller in 2015. Amy’s legal career began as in-house counsel for a clothing manufacturer. She expanded her focus in trademarks and other areas of intellectual property through positions as associate at an Intellectual Property boutique law firm, as in-house Trademark Counsel at large and mid-size Fortune 500 companies and as counsel at a national law firm before beginning her own firm. Amy has represented clients in a broad scope of industries in both consumer and business to business markets, managing domestic and international trademark portfolios. Her firm’s primary focus is to help business owners, companies and legal counsel address legal issues related to the protection of company names and brands.
